It's those pesky Electronic Voting Machines

You know, the ones that California Decertified.  The ones without paper-trails.  The ones made by Diebold, who's president promised to deliver Ohio's votes to the Shrub-in-Chief.  The ones which numerous computer security professionals have found flaws in the code.
